SUNTECH Development Co., Ltd is one of the most experienced motor manufacturers in Hong Kong. We have manufactured and exported DC motors and mini gearboxes since 1986 and have been an ISO 9001-certified firm since 2003.
8,200sqm Factory with 16 Production Lines
In our 8,200-square-meter factory in Shenzhen, China, we have 16 production lines and employ almost 300 staff. We have mold rooms and an R&D department, and also produce OEM and ODM products. We are also constructive on developing automated production lines, to pursue the least defective rate and the best stability.
Annual Output of More than 40 Million Pcs
Our copper and iron are from Japan, the US, Korea, and Taiwan. The majority of the production processes are automatic or semi-automatic in order to maintain the stability of our products. We also use different types of precision instruments to ensure the quality of our products. The annual production volume is more than 40 million pcs.
OEM /ODM Services Available
The experienced Research and Development Department helps to provide OEM and ODM services and keep improving our manufacturing technique in order to improve the process scale and commercial efficiency, and also strengthen the competitive advantage.
Products Complying with RoHS and UL Standards
Our motor products have over 100 types for selection, with the smallest being a 6mm-diameter vibration motor and the largest being a 38mm-diameter motor for automobiles and machines. Our export markets are diverse, including Europe, Japan, South Korea, the USA, Taiwan Region, and other emerging countries. All motors comply with RoHS directive, REACH, non-phthalate, and HR4040. Our motors can comply with UL standards if you request.
Product Applications
We also develop motor with low noise and low current or produce motors that comply with EMI if you request. We are experienced in this aspect. Our range of DC motor products is mainly used in toys, model cars, 4WD, cameras, mobile phones, smart houses, medical instruments, automatic appliances, water pumps, door locks, power tools, personal care products, and other health care products.
